I photographed the stool I will be using for my Penguin entry today. I used pyrography to illustrate elements from the book on the legs and added some moss - another reference from the book. Wahey.

world book day madness

I felt over enthusiastic today and so decided start working on a poster for the planned fun at WSA for World Book Day. I was inspired by carnival posters, faires and playing cards. I want to start making things sooner rather than later, because time is rapidly running away from me. This design will no doubt change quite a bit, hopefully we will make more than one for the event, but I would definitely like to have them screen printed.

A quick info graphic-type experiment. I'm intending to make these in order to simplify and outline the facts from each element of fringe science I will be looking at. These will not be the outcomes but a step in the process to aid the creation of other work.
